Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how PiP Studio handles information when you use our website, account services, and Windows desktop application.

2. Information we process

• Account data: email address, phone number where supported, display name, authentication tokens, and account preferences.
• Service and device data: app version, operating-system version, IP address, request time, browser type, and limited diagnostic logs.
• Order data: plan, order status, amount, currency, and payment channel. Payment providers process card or wallet credentials; PiP Studio does not store full card numbers.

3. Camera and recording data

Desktop recordings and local settings are stored on your device. After the required resources load, current avatar motion tracking runs on the device. We found no path that uploads raw camera frames for tracking. Account, entitlement, update, download, and model-resource features still use the network.

You choose whether to keep or delete each recording. Test a short recording and review it before important work.

4. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide entitlements and downloads, process orders, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not use raw screen contents, camera frames, or motion keypoints for advertising attribution.

5. Sharing and international processing

We share only the information needed with infrastructure, email, payment, fraud-prevention, and support providers. The current global website may route account and entitlement requests to infrastructure in mainland China, so account and service data may be transferred to and processed there. Raw local recordings and camera frames are not part of that transfer unless you separately choose to send a file for support.

6. Security and retention

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, restricted database access, and protected authentication tokens. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal requirements, security, and dispute resolution.

7. Your choices

You may review or update account data, sign out, delete local recordings, withdraw optional permissions in Windows, or request account deletion through the account center or official website contact channel.

8. Children

PiP Studio is not directed to children. If we learn that personal information was submitted by a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it where required.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. Material changes will be posted on this page. Contact us through the official PiP Studio website with privacy questions or requests.
